Respecting both company and consumer privacy is of utmost importance to us and is paramount to the way we do business on a day to day basis. This is because we work with companies to improve the effectiveness of marketing to their customers and prospects alike. We do this by creating datasets for the analysis and modelling of our clients' consumer and business transaction data by our clients and/or partners.

We respect and comply with all relevant company and consumer privacy laws and regulations wherever we operate, within the EU and outside.

A fundamental aspect of the Brightdata solution set is that all customer transaction data is ‘anonymised’ prior to storage and modelling or analysis.  In other words, no customer profiles are created, stored or are accessible.  This is further supported by optional physical, technical and legal separation of personally identifiable information if required.

Brightdata is essentially a data processing organisation and doesn’t act as a data controller for data delivered to it by clients.  Clients are obliged to confirm they have collected and can share information in line with local data protection legislation.

Any information collected via this website (e.g. contact details via Contact Form) is only to be used for communications with the individual or company submitting the information and will not be shared with 3rd parties.

Data Security
Brightdata has stringent physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure all data collected by us or supplied to us by our clients.

Privacy Compliance
If you have any questions or concerns regarding Brightdata’s privacy procedures, please contact our privacy officer by mail at the address below or contact us via our Contact Form.
