Brightdata is a new kind of company, but based on a proven set of ideas.

• We see the whole of Europe as our marketplace.  Brightdata has validated that customer requirements around marketing data analysis are surprisingly common.   Armed with the knowledge of what are the local market differences (e.g. data structures, availability, standards and legislation), Brightdata helps customers across Europe by sharing and making available best practice data pooling and analysis technology with best practice implementation methodologies and pooling know-how.  Since our solutions are installed at a 3rd party hosting centre or client location and are served remotely, we are able to support customers anywhere in Europe, as we already are.

• We are a very flat organisation, with low overheads, so we can pass on cost savings to customers. We assemble a focused project team around the client and the client's server location, rather than focusing it around our office locations.   With our global delivery network, we also able to work around the clock 24hrs/day to get you to where you want to be faster.

• We are staffed by experts in their field, who have all worked in large corporations with international experience and have chosen to be part of small but focused team, offering their in-depth experience to customers in this specialist area.
